Our industry expertise is coupled with contemporary thinking designed to achieve industry impact, which that in turn generates significant returns for our investors.

We know that global partners will be attracted to ready-to-go propositions saving them from the early-stage development costs and time required to build a local solution.

MediHotel properties deliver a groundbreaking proposition for patients, health professionals and Insurance companies. We achieve this through providing a centre of excellence approach for our facilities making them easier to access and easier to implement.

  • We are breaking the mould of out-patient treatment and health service provision through the creation of a new hospitality real estate solution that achieves new revenues and investment return for investors.

    Our new business model enables hospitality expertise to deliver a better customer experience whilst benefiting from improved room yields and incremental revenues from associated health service provision.

    This new model is strategically and financially highly attractive to all key stakeholders. We are collaborating with key players to quickly expand this ability to solve a key industry issue.

    We will grow through acquisition and via new developments in prime locations. We work with industry experts to move quickly and effectively.

Overview

Our Health Academy Division leverages our expertise and amplifies it through technology. We construct programs to help health businesses accelerate their growth but also short-cut their way to expertise.

  • We adopt a ‘Train-the-Trainer’ philosophy and apply it across key segments with maximum demand. Unsurprisingly the prime areas will align with the areas of innovation driven by the group.

    We will particularly focus on solutions that progress healthcare best practice and agriculture innovation that supports health, but will also be driven by specific needs identified by customers both in the US and Internationally.

The VitaLuxe Health division builds on 20 years of industry disruption where we extend this expertise across a range of key services designed to provide the services that a Medi Hotel needs.

  • Using known business models and well developed networks we offer a new method for providing staff and expert services that drive the success of MediHotels, and in future will offer standalone products to other ambitious partners.

    Our range of services packaged into easy-to-implement branded products are adaptable by location, by partner requirements and constructed to be scalable/transferable internationally.

Driving innovation requires an infrastructure and mindset that is visionary, ambitious, enabling, fast paced and highly commercial – this division will relentlessly push new opportunities forward.

  • We have the advantage of a ready-made customer base across our division, also allowing us to trial, learn, adapt, tap in to expertise and showcase best practice – the natural synergies across the group are compelling.

    We will launch a series of healthcare apps that enable our practitioner partners to provide their customers with AI driven support.

    These apps can be personalized for a brand but also translated to enable international distribution

    We will identify and develop for the top 10 use-cases identified by our partners – hence we are driven by demand but also by possibilities.

Leadership

Our divisions will be led by individuals who have the right mix of industry experience and challenger thinking. They will be tasked by the board with creating and implementing business plans that contribute to the Group growth but also leverage expertise and opportunities across the other divisions to achieve the synergies and hence benefit our wider group ambitions.

In the same way that we are leverage experts at a business unit level, we will complement this with an operating board made up of visionaries in their respective wide-ranging fields.

Leveraging this experience and challenger-thinking delivers us an ambitious and paradigm shifting perspective from which we challenge and direct our business units. We are able to conceive business solutions and offer directional advice founded in years of experience of both healthcare and non-healthcare business models.
